Simple Chicken Curry Recipe – Creamy and Delicious

Cooking chicken slowly in the creamy sauce makes it very soft, while spices add a beautiful aroma to your dish. I use a fresh chicken breasts, instead of frozen, each time. This makes me sure that chicken will stay full of juices.

Cooking Basmati Rice

The best serving option is with basmati rice. To prepare the perfect basmati rice, heat one tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, add 1 cup basmati rice, 2 cups water and pinch of salt. Cover, bring to a boil, then cook 12 minutes.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425F/220C.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch thick cubes.
  3. In the large baking dish combine heavy cream with garlic, curry powder and cayenne powder.
  4. Add chicken breast cubes into the mixture.
  5. Cover and bake in the preheated oven 60 minutes.
  6. Prepare basmati rice meanwhile.
  7. Remove baking dish from the oven and let your chicken curry rest for 15 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve and enjoy your dinner!
